OCOLAA Return Policy

At OCOLAA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging, where possible

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Final Sale products will be clearly identified on the product page at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OCOLAA is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fees

OCOLAA does not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of OCOLAA.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Ocolaa@ocolaa.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can promptly resolve the issue.

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Reason for the return
